well I have gotten back my second reel from Chef Jim and well
I'm hooked i will be buying more of these reels and looking for
more of these reels
its like a drug i need more more more

Chef Jim: Repaired Reels Received Today!
Chef, the 4 Penn reels that I sent to you last week for rebuild
just arrived by priority mail a few minutes ago. That's a fast
turn-around, my friend, even though I wasn't in a particular
hurry.
I
couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the package. Those reels
haven't looked that good or worked so smoothly in years. As I
spoke with you via phone the other night, I could tell you are a
man who loves his "hobby", and Penn reels, and I was not
disappointed. Thanks again for a very fast, quality overhaul of
those reels, at a very economical cost. I can't wait to try out
the new drag washers.
For anyone out there who has need of some Penn reels, or repairs
to same, should absolutely check with Chef Jim before anywhere
else. I know you will be as satisfied as I am.

and penn 99 silver beach im here to tell ya the chef really cooked up
something really nice this time all the reels couldnt have been better
and the service was as fast as usual this man really knows his buisness

i have purchased only 19 reels from chef jim i really think that
should speak for its self.....the service quality and bang for
buck you get from this mans reels are better than any retail or
anyone else you will ever find....oh yeah by the way im
purchasing 5 more reels today and im sure to be pleased again

I have 3 reels that I bought from Chef Jim and no one takes the
time care that he does on his penn Reels. I fish several times a
week tear round and never have one of my "Chef Jim Reels" ever
failed me. Excellent products at excellent prices! Jim also has
helped out with a local charity tournament that I help organize

service and workmanship can't be beat, All the reels work better

I Purchased two Penn 209's off Jim....I emailed him one day and
asked him if it was possible to find me two matching black ones
before I went on a trip in a week and a half...not only did he
find me two he sent them out for me before he even received my
check...and I'm here to tell you the reels he rebuilt for me
cast and reel and look like a dream....Jim is an A+ guy!!!!
